The Opportunity
As a Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
