PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities.
Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:
  • Perform any and all property maintenance needs
  • Prepare apartments for new residents
  • Completes work orders
  • Basic Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical Systems
  • Mechanical Systems
  • Small Appliance Repair
  • Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
  • HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
  • Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
