All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your Role
The Global Strategic Deals team sits at the center of the firm's most important opportunities. When a client issue is ambiguous, highstakes, and CEOlevel, this is the team our leadership calls.
We're hiring Strategists at both junior and senior levels to help shape multihundredmilliondollar pursuits across industries. Your work will influence how Capgemini shows up in the Csuite and how we position our value on the global stage.

Your Role:

You're the architect of the deal story. You will:
  • Frame CEOlevel narratives: Define stakes, strategic choices, and value creation paths
  • Challenge the status quo: Reframe opportunities and unlock bigger plays
  • Shape deal strategy: Lead storyline development, commercial logic, and executive messaging
  • Be a thought partner: Spar with account leaders and influence key client conversations
  • Drive alignment: Ensure all workstreams contribute to one cohesive strategic direction
Example: Reposition a techonly bid into a transformation play that will 10X the size of the opportunity.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Crossindustry playground: Work across sectors, regions, and solution lines
This is a role for strategists who want altitude, complexity, and a seat at the table where major decisions are made.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic pursuits, corporate strategy, or complex deal shaping environments
  • Proven ability to operate credibly at Csuite level, influencing senior decisionmakers
  • Track record of shaping narratives that shift executive direction
  • Experience working on large, multiservice, and multigeography deals is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear strategic choices
  • Strong commercial intuition and systems thinking - understanding how markets, clients, capabilities, and ecosystems interact
  • Comfort challenging assumptions and reframing entrenched perspectives
  • Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into compelling, executiveready narratives
  • Natural thought leader with the confidence to challenge and inspire
  • Passion for solving complex, highimpact challenges
  • High degree of professional independence, judgment, and accountability
  • Collaborative, curious, and energized by working across diverse teams and disciplines

  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution
  • Collaborate with top talent across Invent, the wider Capgemini Group, and global partners
  • Be part of a team that defines how strategy translates into real, measurable impact at scale
