Players Club Representative
Job Overview:
As a Club Binion’s Slot Club Representative, you must be flexible with the work schedule. You must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and type a minimum of 25 wpm. The overall responsibility of a Players Club Representative is to assist customers at Club Binion’s, the $1 Million Promotion, on the casino floor, and carry out any duties requested by Marketing.
It is imperative that you have the ability to speak, read and write the English language and have the ability to understand and carry out written procedures set forth by the Marketing Department. You must also have the basic skills to perform simple math.
Job Functions:
  • Must be able to stand and walk for a long duration. Sitting is not permitted behind Club Binion’s booth, at the $1 Million Promotion, or in the Casino.
· Acknowledge the guest by first using eye contact and then welcome them with a “Hello” as they approach Club Binion’s or the $1 Million Promotion area, or as you approach them on the Casino floor.
· Expected to carry out all job duties of a Slot Club Representative quickly and efficiently, which include, but are not limited to obtaining new member sign ups at the club and on the casino floor, explain in detail any promotions, carry out redemption and cash transactions, operating the $1 Million Promotion duties of staging the guests for photos and operating the camera and printer. Duties will also include handing out flyers at the air curtain.
· When time permits, assist in the storage area by putting merchandise away on the shelves, fold t-shirts, clean work area and everything else needed to maintain a clean and professional work environment. Job specifications require that you are able to lift 10 – 20 pounds, but must maintain safety at all times.
· Always be aware of the front counter at the club booth and assist guests as quickly as possible. On the Casino floor it is your responsibility to always be aware of any guest that may need assistance.
· Relieve other Slot Club Rep. positions as directed by your supervisor. You may also be asked to work special events occasionally.
· It is your duty to check the masterwork schedule for any changes. You must be flexible to work any shift if necessary.
