Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Assist the Director of Player Operations by coordinating hotel accommodations, private housing, and reservations for players, sponsors, ATP/WTA tour representative, media, officials and other tournament guests. Maintain accurate reservation records, coordinate hotel room blocks, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.

All applicants for this position must be available to work during the 2026 WTA Finals and the 2027 BNP Paribas Open Seasons

Approximate start date will be October 2026

Must adhere to an agreed upon, open availability from November 8, 2026, through November 15, 2026, and February 28, 2027, through March 14, 2027

Position may be extended through May 2027
