Job description

Reporting to site Materials Manager, the SAP Master Data Project Coordinator will be play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness of master data for new product introductions. This position partners closely subject matter experts across multiple manufacturing workflows, as well as Master Data Governance/CoE, Operations Excellence as an integral contributor and project coordinator to optimize, define, and document tactical execution requirments, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for master data custodians.

  • Work Experience: Utilization of an ERP system a plus
  • 3.0 Minimum GPA.
  • Rising Juniors, Seniors, and Masters Students.
  • Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 to August 14, 2026.

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
