SUMMARY
The Regional Marketing Executive is a senior-level, revenue-driving role responsible for developing and managing a high-value portfolio of casino guests within the Sacramento and Bay Area markets. This position focuses on generating new business, increasing visitation, and delivering incremental revenue through strategic relationship management, targeted events, and regional marketing initiatives. This is a remote, field-based role requiring consistent travel and a high level of autonomy to support on-property activations, VIP experiences, and hosted events at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) and SAHARA Las Vegas properties. The ideal candidate is an established host with a strong book of business and a proven ability to drive profitable gaming revenue with measurable performance outcomes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Revenue Growth & Player Development:
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value players with a focus on increasing gaming revenue, visit frequency, and long-term loyalty.
Proactively generate new business through personal networks, referrals, and regional market outreach.
Analyze player worth and profitability to make strategic decisions regarding reinvestment, incentives, and event invitations.
Review prior monthly production revenue to develop and submit event budgets designed to drive incremental play and new business.
Remote Market Ownership & Event Execution:
Organize and host regional events (dinners, golf outings, tournaments, and exclusive experiences) to cultivate relationships and drive visitation to GSR.
Partner with the Director of Player Development to create unique, revenue-generating events supported by detailed proformas and ROI projections.
Coordinate and promote monthly casino events, ensuring participation from inactive or underperforming players to reactivate play.
Support and execute promotions and on-property special events at both GSR and SAHARA Las Vegas properties.
Travel & On-Property Support:
Travel to GSR and/or SAHARA properties as needed:
oSupport property-wide events and VIP activations.
oEscort and host regional player groups.
oProvide in-person guest engagement and relationship building.
Collaboration & Communication:
Participate in strategy calls with Player Development leadership, Special Events, and Marketing teams to:
oReview upcoming event calendars.
oAlign on player outreach strategies.
oEnsure proper event attendance from qualified players.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize event success, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Guest Relationship Management:
Maintain consistent communication with players through calls, text, email, and in-person interactions.
Deliver elevated, personalized service tailored to high-value guests.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and decisively to maintain loyalty and trust.
Act as a brand ambassador for GSR and SAHARA in the regional market.
Planning & Event-Driven Revenue Strategy:
Maintain awareness of all marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to effectively position offerings.
Provide market intelligence and player feedback to leadership to refine strategies and offerings.
Recommend innovative programs or activations to increase market penetration and share.
General Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
Maintain accurate player tracking, notes, and reporting.
Attend required trainings and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Proven ability to manage and grow a high-value player portfolio.

Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to complete reports, correspondence and communicate with guests and supervisors.

Exceptional organization and time management in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and event-based schedules, as business needs dictate.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5+ years of Casino Host or Player Development experience with demonstrated success managing high-value players.
Established book of business within the Sacramento/Bay Area market strongly preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing new VIP business.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Gaming Licenses.
Valid driver's license required for travel.
Must maintain Alcohol Awareness certification as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to travel frequently and attend events both locally and on-property.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, and engaging with guests for extended periods; occasionally reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.
Must be able to push/pull and/or carry/lift 10lbs or less constantly and 25lbs or less occasionally.
The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both hands, frequent light grasping motions, and occasional firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote, field-based role operating primarily within the Sacramento and Bay Area markets.
Frequent travel to GSR and SAHARA Las Vegas properties required.
Work performed indoors and outdoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment and electrical devices.
Team member may be exposed to confined areas, extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions, vibrations, moving objects, slippery surfaces, and a smoke-filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate but can vary, typically moderate to loud at times.
