This is not a customer service position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and winning new business. You'll work directly with experienced transportation professionals who will train and mentor you while you build your own portfolio of customers.
No logistics experience? That's okay.
We'll teach you the transportation industry. We can't teach work ethic, curiosity, or determination.
What You'll Do

  • Prospect new customers through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and shippers.
  • Learn the transportation and logistics industry from experienced professionals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM.
  • Work with our operations team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop your own book of business with unlimited growth potential.
