About the Company
At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new - and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall - they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.
About the Role
We are hiring Quality Assurance Engineers to play an integral role within our technology teams to ensure our AI products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for ensuring excellence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, and the ability to mentor and lead team members.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are reflected in test plans
  • Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and re-testing
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Drive improvements in the QA process, including the adoption of new tools and methodologies
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
  • Work closely with DevOps and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques
  • Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing AI/ML-powered products or features, particularly validating non-deterministic outputs where the same input can produce multiple valid results
  • Familiarity with evaluation techniques for AI-generated output (e.g., rubric-based scoring, semantic similarity/embeddings, or keyword/threshold matching against a set of acceptable responses)
  • Experience testing systems with swappable or pluggable model backends (LLM-agnostic architectures), where the underlying model can change independently of the application
  • Awareness of AI-specific risk areas such as prompt injection, hallucination, data leakage, and cost/token failure modes
  • Practical experience using Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate test authoring, debugging, or maintenance
  • Experience designing test strategies that explicitly separate deterministic system behavior from probabilistic/AI-driven behavior

Why Join Us?
  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
  • Diversity and creativity
