Job description

Job Summary:
Infosys Consulting is a global leader in technology services and consulting, and they are seeking a Principal Consultant specializing in AI Platform & Governance. The role involves owning the Enterprise AI Gateway and enforcing policy and compliance across federated AI architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI Gateway architecture (Enterprise & Local) on Azure/AWS.
• Configure MCP servers for interoperability with agentic platforms (MoveWorks, Bedrock, Foundry).
• Develop and enforce global/local policies using OPA (Open Policy Agent).
• Implement Responsible AI controls (bias detection, provenance, moderation).
• Ensure identity federation (Entra ID/Okta), RBAC, and secure token exchange.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for agent deployment and policy updates.
• LLM Framework Experience
• LLM Providers: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Azure OpenAI Service.
• Agentic Platforms: AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, MoveWorks.
• Frameworks & Tooling:
• LangChain (prompt chaining, tool orchestration)
• CrewAI (multi-agent collaboration)

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through IT transformation processes.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure goals and timelines are met.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success, including uptime, incident resolution time, and cost savings.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years in cloud architecture or AI platform engineering.
• Hands-on with agentic platforms or AI gateways.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Cloud-native engineering: Azure AKS, AWS EKS, container orchestration.
• Policy & governance: OPA/Rego, compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, EU AI Act).
• Security: OAuth2/OpenID Connect, secrets management, data residency.
• Interoperability: API design (OpenAPI, JSON schemas), MCP protocol.
• DevOps: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Helm).
Preferred:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Solid program/project management skills, including interviewing clients, process mapping, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong presentation skills and experience writing successful project proposals.
