Senior Process Engineer - Plastics (Thermoforming)

Own the Equipment. Shape the Process.

Are you a hands-on plastics process engineer who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges? Do you enjoy owning equipment performance, improving processes, and seeing your work drive immediate results on the production floor?

We're hiring a Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer to lead thermoforming process development and optimization-from concept through full-scale production.


What You'll Do
  • Own equipment performance, process capability, and troubleshooting
  • Lead thermoforming process development and scale-up
  • Improve cycle time, yield, scrap, and reliability
  • Support new product launches and process validation
  • Partner with tooling, operations, and quality teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, or similar processes
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, and CI tools
  • Ability to analyze equipment, materials, and process variation
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings and specs

Education & Experience:

  • Senior: Bachelor's + 6+ years (or Associate's + 12+ years)
  • Mid/Associate levels also considered
