Join Stryten Energy in West Lampeter Township, where a new name carries forward a rich Lancaster County heritage. We mold plastic components for car batteries and support a dependable, growing customer base.

Your Impact
  • Drive plant-wide initiatives with the EHS Manager to improve recordable and lost time injury rates, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction.
  • Guide employees, visitors, contractors, and plant staff in safe, environmentally responsible work practices.
What You Will Do
  • Lead and support audits, incident investigations, safety communications, and training.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver EHS training; coordinate make-up sessions and maintain monthly records.
  • Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste collection areas and perform required inspections.
  • Track and replenish PPE inventory.
  • Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend controls.
  • Perform weekly checks on emergency and compliance equipment.
  • Assist with root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Collect and analyze report data to spot trends; support weekly reporting.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Take on additional EHS tasks as needed.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health (or a related field).
  • 0–3 years of EHS experience.
  • HAZWOPER certification.
  • Team-first mindset; clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
