Toolmaker - Injection Mold
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $35/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Injection Mold Toolmaker to join our in-house team immediately. This role is 100% onsite and ideal for someone with strong design, CNC, and CAD experience who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and creative problem-solving.
You will be responsible for designing, building, modifying, and maintaining injection molds that directly impact product quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, repair, and modify injection molds for plastic part production
  • Program and operate CNC equipment (Mazak or equivalent)
  • Utilize CAD/CAM software to support mold design and toolpath development
  • Machine precision components using CNC mills, manual mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM
  • Troubleshoot tooling and part-quality issues using root-cause analysis
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, mold layouts, and part specifications
  • Collaborate directly with engineering on DFM recommendations and product improvements
  • Support mold sampling, validation, and production optimization
  • Maintain tooling documentation and revisions
