Job description

Part-time opportunity, up to 28 hours per week. Schedule is negotiable.
Position Summary:
  • Assist in all production and manufacturing needs. Produce, process and develop high quality custom color concentrates in accordance with UC standards and customer specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete training as appropriate in all pertinent areas of production including Mixing, Extrusion Machine Operator, Molding, Packaging.
  • Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow UC Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.

Preferred Experience, Training, and Skills:
  • Knowledge of all manufacturing operations and procedures.
  • Must pass color test and math test.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours during the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on any particular day.
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times on any particular day.
  • Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED.
