Job Summary: 

Using a positive leadership style, supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating a variety of machines to manufacture products.


Job Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment;
  • 5 years in a plastics or extrusion environment preferred
  • Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively develop people and lead a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
