Job Summary
The Bulk Plant Supervisor oversees daily bulk plant operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant blending, storage, and delivery of bulk materials. This role is responsible for inventory management, quality control, HSE compliance, cost management, and leading plant personnel to support reliable service delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily bulk plant operations and product blending activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to field operations.
  • Manage inventory counts, stock levels, and documentation.
  • Monitor material costs and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee waste handling and disposal procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise operators and trainees.
  • Identify operational risks and implement safe work practices.
  • Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement across operations.
