Overview:

Century Fasteners Corporation, established in 1955, is an international master distributor of fasteners and non-fastener products, including military, aerospace, commercial, and electronic components, representing premier manufacturers in the industry. We have multiple locations throughout the United States with our corporate headquarters located in Elmhurst, NY. Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a In Plant Store Operator to join our staff.

Position Overview:

Independently manages Century Fasteners Corp. offsite warehouse on customer premises. Receives, maintains, and distributes required material to customer production areas. Will work closely with an Account Manager, or Branch Manager to satisfy customer production needs.

Essential Job Functions:

Inventory control

Maintain required stocking requirements on production floor

Cycle counts

Data Entry-billing reports and inventory updates

Customer service

Maintain an orderly work area, and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse

High School graduate or equivalent

Clean driving record

Dependable and trustworthy

Ability to lift cartons weighing 40-50 pounds

Accurate, detail oriented, organized, and efficient
