Production Manager - Manufacturing


Plant Located 40 miles SE of Rockingham, NC - Relocation Provided

Total Compensation $125,000 - $150,000 (base plus bonus)


I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager role for a publicly traded company located 40 miles Southeast of Rockingham, NC - Full relocation offered. The plant is a $60 million plant location who manufactures construction and building materials. There are growth opportunities nationwide if desired, all of their plants are domestically located.


The Production Manager will be responsible for working with the Plant Manager to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain produce data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products ordered.  The production Manager will establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors as well as coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production of machines and production equipment.  Other responsibilities include revising the production schedules and priorities to ensure equipment is fully operational by consulting with engineering personnel relative to maintenance and modification of production equipment in order to improve output.  This role will have direct reports and requires excellent communication and leadership skills. 


The hiring manager is looking for 10-20 years’ experience supporting manufacturing production at a plant location. Must have working knowledge and experience in RV, Modular home or construction related manufacturing environments.
