Job description

Responsible for supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions
  • Drive development and implementation of operational process to increase productivity and reduce cost
  • Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operational practice across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability
  • Participate in the strategic planning process of operations
  • Upgrade systems and procedures
  • Create and operate within budget
  • Responsible for outbound transportation
  • Responsible for safety, training & guidelines
  • Review programs
  • Supply system management
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications - includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills at all levels of the organization
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective and efficient processes for operational challenges
  • Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator
