The Plant Manager provides leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of the plant's operation. This role is responsible for ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, and achievement of site and business KPIs. The Plant Manager will lead a team including production, safety, logistics, and quality managers.

  • nsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and PSM requirements.

  • ead adherence to the Quality Management System and improve the Quality Index.

  • upport new product introductions and improve existing products in coordination with R&D.

  • mprove plant quality and productivity while meeting trade working capital targets.

  • ollaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to optimize On-Time Delivery.

    Less than 20%. Travel may be required monthly depending on business needs.
