Your role at Baxter

As the Plant Controller for Aibonito, you will serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the plant's endtoend supply chain. You will report directly to the Group Controller and indirectly to the Plant Leader, supporting a site with more than 900 employees and an annual production value of $120M.

As a member of the plant's Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee financial compliance, reporting, performance management, and strategic decision support. This role requires strong partnership across operations, supply chain, and global finance teams, with a focus on driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and financial accountability.

What you'll be doing

Oversee all plantlevel GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance, ensuring accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet
Lead financial reporting activities, including monthend close, weekly pulses, quarterly forecasts, and annual/longrange planning
Provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to maximize plant performance and support operational decisionmaking
Drive achievement of plant financial commitments across operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variances
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support continuous improvement and profitable growth
Develop and execute action plans that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency
Partner with FP&A COE, FPO, BBS, and Global ISC to standardize and transform financial processes
Build financial acumen across finance and nonfinance team members through coaching and development

What you'll bring

7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or equivalent preferred
Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis
Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and implement change in a complex environment
Experience communicating effectively at all levels in both formal and informal settings
Ability to operate within a global, matrixed organization and manage indirect relationships
Proven capability to build business cases and leverage best practices to drive improvement
Experience with Lean concepts and tools is preferred

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 -$154,000. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
