What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee maintenance operations for a fleet of ready mix vehicles and production equipment to maximize reliability, safety, and performance.
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and resource planning to support business objectives.
  • Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards across maintenance activities.
What Are We Looking For
  • Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance operations in a heavy industrial, transportation, manufacturing, or construction materials environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet, mobile equipment, diesel systems, plant equipment, and maintenance best practices.
  • Proven capability to analyze operational challenges, prioritize resources, and implement effective solutions.

Work Environment
  • Primarily based in a ready mix production and maintenance environment with regular exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent interaction with maintenance personnel, operations teams, vendors, and drivers across multiple locations.
  • May require travel between facilities and availability to support critical maintenance activities as needed.
