Clariant is currently looking for a Maintenance Superintendent - South Plant to support our Catalysts business unit at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. This position is responsible for leading the South Plant maintenance team and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of preventive, reactive, and minor project maintenance activities. Reporting to the South Plant Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will lead a unionized team of approximately 11 maintenance technicians, including electrical and mechanical disciplines. This role is responsible for equipment uptime and mechanical availability, maintenance budget performance, schedule adherence, and supporting the site's safety and environmental objectives. The position works primarily on-site from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and requires availability to respond to maintenance needs outside of normal working hours when necessary.
