We're looking for someone who knows plants, loves plants, talks about plants, dreams about plants, and can identify them from across a parking lot. Someone who understands that the right plant in the right place can completely transform a landscape.

What You'll Do

As our Horticulture Expert, you'll serve as the trusted plant authority for our entire organization.

You'll work closely with our landscape designers, operations teams, and clients to ensure every project is beautiful, functional, and horticulturally sound.


Your Impact Will Include:


Advising designers on plant selection and landscape composition

Supporting field teams with plant identification, care, installation practices, and troubleshooting

Reviewing plans and recommendations to ensure long-term success

Diagnosing plant health issues, pests, diseases, and environmental challenges

Helping maintain quality standards across all landscape installations

Staying current on industry trends, new cultivars, native plants, and best practices

Serving as the go-to resource for all things horticulture

Training and mentoring team members who want to expand their plant knowledge

Helping us continue to deliver exceptional landscapes that exceed client expectations

Preferred Experience

  • Nursery, garden center, landscape design, or landscape construction experience preferred
