Job description


The Greer Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Manufacturing Client located in Mebane, NC! This is a temporary position, with the possibility of being permanent. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8: 00am-5: 00pmPay: $18-$20/hour
  • Organized plant meetings, safety meetings, and management events;recorded and distributed meeting minutes.
  • Ordered office supplies and maintained inventory of administrative materials.
  • Provided comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
  • Managed calendars, scheduled meetings, and coordinated travel arrangements.
  • Assist with caterings for meetings, and scheduling rooms.
  • Assist HR with making new badges, as well as getting orientation forms for new starts completed.
  • Coordinated visitor access and greeted them at the front door.
  • Hands mail out to correct departments.

Job Requirements
  • Proof of education
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Customer service/High business acumen.
  • Strong experience with Excel/ Microsoft.
  • People oriented, and professional.
