Description:

The Benefit Administration Specialist- Technology will be responsible for working with our clients to complete the implementation, renewal and support of benefit administration platforms.

  • Configure benefit administration platforms with plans, rates, documents, etc.
  • Liaison between Employee Benefit Broker, Carrier, HR and Benefit Administration system
  • Answer system related questions from a variety of companies with multiple benefit plans and levels
  • Assist in implementing new systems and maintenance
  • Assist in implementing carrier integrations as needed
  • Assist in implementing payroll integrations as needed
  • Review company benefit plans and offer solutions on how technology platforms can improve efficiencies for each company
  • Maintain current benefit technology platform, update documents, employee & plan information as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Work Experience, Skills & Education

  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in human resources, preferably in the employee benefits area
  • Must have worked with an online benefit administration in a previous position for at least two (2) years- preferably with Employee Navigator, Ease Bswift, Plansource or Zenefits
  • Must be analytical & detail oriented
  • Must have excellent customer service skill and flexibility
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time at a fast pace with minimal errors
  • Must be able to be flexible with days and times of work as needed


Requirements:
