As a Financial Planner, you will lead the planning process for assigned clients, develop sophisticated strategies, and serve as a key contributor to both client success and team development.


This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys solving complex financial questions, and is passionate about mentoring others while continuously improving planning processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning for assigned clients.
  • Model and address complex questions independently.
  • Advanced mastery of leading planning tools-RightCapital, Income Solver, and Holistiplan-to deliver sophisticated client solutions.
  • Apply KRW modeling techniques at an expert level.
  • Independently solve problems and integrate considerations in new planning scenarios.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets and current economic conditions.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of KRW model portfolios, investment philosophy, benchmarks, and strategy.
  • Analyze outside portfolios and develop recommendations with limited Advisor oversight.
  • Contribute to improving financial planning processes.
  • Manage new client onboarding.
  • Mentor Paraplanners and team members.
  • Manage and improve ParaPlanner training plan and best practices.ย 

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of financial planning experience, including ParaPlanner experience
  • CFP or CPA designation
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to navigate current markets and solve complex planning scenarios independently
  • Skilled in portfolio analysis and developing thoughtful recommendations
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated team player, effective both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software tools
