Position is responsible for floating to many different facilities within Charotte Market and has a $6/hr incentive for floating.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Health Mercy Endoscopy- Float Position

Where You Will Work:
Atrium Health Mercy Endoscopy is a hospital-based, Planetree-designated facility with a primary focus on delivering people-centered care. We provide a comprehensive range of procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and cardioversions. Our team is highly specialized, deeply engaged, and committed to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
This position will require floating between Mercy, CMC, Pineville, Lake Norman & University as well as ASC facility coverage.
We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS required
  • Previous ICU, PACU or ER nursing experience strongly preferred
What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Mercy, a 196-bed facility of Carolinas Medical Center, is one of two Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) locations and is 1.3 miles from CMC. As a Planetree Certified facility, we focus on the following:
