                         Now hiring for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for Day Shift in Plainview, TX

Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Plainview, Texas, is a welcoming, 20-bed acute geriatric psychiatric facility in Plainview, Texas. We seek a skilled, Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) who is dedicated to senior care.

Essential duties include:

  • Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
  • Communicates with the attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
  • Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms. Report changes in patient condition and need to the RN
  • Great time management skills


Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
  • Have dependable transportation
