PURPOSE:
Support the on site quality and operations team in a food manufacturing setting. Importance of Good Manufacturing Practices in the manufacturing areas and the Quality Lab. Job may include QC testing of partially completed products, finished product evaluation for quality compliance to specification and reviewing and filing paperwork
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
Collect production samples and perform QC testing as needed
Monitor and record product weights, quality evaluation and sensory as part of daily product showing
Guide production in following of GMP to comply with Food Safety
Assist with document review and filing
Assist QA team with any ongoing projects
