How does a place manager typically collaborate with local stakeholders to enhance community spaces?

Place Managers often work closely with local businesses, residents, government agencies, and community organizations to identify needs, coordinate events, and implement improvements in public spaces. This collaboration involves regular meetings, gathering feedback, and building partnerships to ensure that initiatives align with community goals.
