PJPs, or Project Joint Partners, are entities or individuals who collaborate on a specific project, typically in construction, energy, or large-scale infrastructure. These partners pool resources, share risks, and jointly manage the project's execution to achieve common goals. The structure and responsibilities of a PJP can vary depending on the agreement, but usually include shared financial investment, project management, and profit distribution. PJPs are established to leverage the strengths and expertise of each partner, improving the project's chances of success.
