Grimaldi's Pizzeria is Hiring for Back-of-House Roles!
At Grimaldi's Pizzeria, our back-of-house team is essential to delivering the extraordinary experience our guests expect. Whether preparing ingredients, crafting our signature pizzas, or maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating great food and good times for family and friends.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of our Back-of-House team, your responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards.
  • Restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
  • Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
  • Supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
We're looking for team members with:
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • A valid food handler's card.
