Job description

Payroll & Total Rewards Coordinator

Location: Stoughton, WI
Compensation: $33โ€“$36/hour ($68,640โ€“$74,880 annually)
Schedule: Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Process biweekly full-cycle payroll for approximately 500 employees, including adjustments, off-cycle payroll, bonuses, garnishments, and quarterly updates.
  • Administer employee benefits, including new-hire enrollments, changes, terminations, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and related reporting.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits data across ADP Workforce and HRIS systems while supporting multi-state payroll for employees outside Wisconsin.
  • Generate and analyze payroll, benefits, and compensation reports; identify discrepancies and support data-driven HR decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments on payroll, benefits, reporting, system improvements, and total rewards initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2โ€“4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll processing experience, including adjustments and multi-state payroll.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ADP or a similar payroll/HRIS system, with benefits administration and reconciliation experience preferred.
