Shift: Weekend Shift - 6:00am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday

Your Responsibilities:

  • Connect andoperatetest stand unit and adjusts controls as necessary to meetspecifications
  • Ability tolocateandidentifythe safe testing amperage andvoltage
  • Read schematics and blueprints to ensure properassembly
  • Ability to use computer test softwareeffectively
  • Complete required test documentationin a timely manner
  • Identify,troubleshootand resolve unit performance abnormalities within electrical and refrigerationsystems
  • Communicate the status of the test process to team members andsupervisors
  • Effective use of specialized and basic tools necessary to complete testprocess
  • Train new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent itemsregardingsafety,qualityand production
  • Responsible formaintainingthe 5s program to ensure a clean workarea
  • Follow and understandHOMESafe, Personal Choice andcompany safety manualrequirements.
  • Identifyand rework defective work pieces tocomply withqualitystandards
  • Read and interpretblue prints, sketches or product specifications todeterminesequence and methods of fabricating,assemblingand installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements
  • Ability to use handtools
  • Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks)
  • All other duties asassigned

Your Qualifications:

  • The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
  • The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
  • High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • 2-yeartrade school (EPA) certificate in A/C Refrigeration or equivalent education approved by company
