Job Overview

This hands-on role focuses on operating heavy equipment to load trucks, feed the wash plant, crushing plant and dry screening operstion. Operators would be performing maintenance to ensure efficient and smooth production. Daily tasks vary based on operational needs, and longer hours may be required during periods of high demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment to load trucks
  • Feed material into plants
  • Monitor material flow to support efficient plant operations
  • Change out wear parts and perform maintenance on plant equipment
  • Assist with general site tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures while working outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements

  • Past work experience in gravel pits, aggregate production, or heavy equipment operations is highly recommended
  • Mechanical aptitude for working on processiong/plant equipment
  • Fabrication or mechanic skills are a plus
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Compensation
