Job description

Bobcat of Indy is a full service Bobcat Dealership. We specialize in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offer parts support as well as both mobile and shop service.

Bobcat of Indy is seeking a Branch Support Specialist to learn the construction equipment distribution business and perform all branch functions. Development will require flexibility - multiple assignments in various positions and stores. The timeline for development, if the individual demonstrates above-average performance and potential, could take course over several years.

Monday - Friday dayshift

Salary $55,000-$65,000/year depending on expereince

Responsibilities:

  • Duties will be diverse and short term

    • Support and work in parts, service, supply, and rental departments

    • Master the surface and underlying branch operating procedures

    • Become involved in the branch inventories of parts, supplies, and equipment.

    • Give maximum support to the field sales organization

    • Establish an atmosphere of customer service throughout the store

    • Interpret corporate culture (mission, values, objectives) and incorporate in decisions, communication, and action

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
