Forklift/PIT Driver - Annex Building
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm ET
Jacksonville, FL
Primary Purpose: The Driver will work within our Fulfillment Center operating PIT equipment such as cherry pickers, electric pallet jack, forklifts, and various equipment. The Driver will work safely, accurately, and efficiently within inbound, outbound, shipping, inventory, special projects, and VAS functions.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:
• Safely maintain and operate all related equipment
• Process all case/pallet task within productivity standards
• Ensure all cases/pallets are placed in location & according to standards and logged into WM
• Ensure daily assignments are completed in a timely manner
• Assist with pallet receipts when necessary
• Maintain pooling lanes
• Communicate with Leadership in regards to equipment issues
• Support Operations Supervisor and Team members
• Communicate with Supervisor and maintenance in regards to conveyor opportunities
• Assist in other areas/ departments as needed
• Maintain a clean work area
The accomplished individual will possess:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of RF Technology.
• Ability to follow instructions consistently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work over time or flexible time as needed
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
