Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Haul Truck Operator with our Phoenix Open Pit Operations department.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and effectively operate haul trucks 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.

Qualifications:

  • Entry level, no experience required in mining or operating equipment.
  • Able to read, write, and possess basic math and science skills to complete daily reporting requirements.
  • Reliable, consistent work history
  • A basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and functions of haul trucks preferred
  • Ability to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision required
  • Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance record required
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job required
  • Experience operating 300-ton haul-trucks preferred
  • The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
