Pipeline welders are skilled tradespeople who specialize in joining and repairing pipes that transport substances like oil, gas, and water. They use various welding techniques, such as arc welding, to ensure pipelines are securely and safely connected. Their work often takes place outdoors, sometimes in remote or challenging environments, and requires strict adherence to safety and industry standards. Pipeline welders must be knowledgeable about different metals, welding processes, and inspection methods to maintain the integrity of the pipelines.
