We are seeking skilled MIG Welders proficient in using .035 hard wire to join our team. You will work with mild steel, ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" in thickness, with special projects requiring up to 1" thick steel. This role requires expertise in reading and understanding blueprints, knowledge of welding symbols, and the ability to set up welding machines independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting parts using fixtures, ensuring welds are clean, smooth, and free of sharp edges.

Work EnvironmentJoin a dynamic weld/paint shop with 120 employees, including 80 welders, working on projects for the railroad/transportation, military, construction, and oil/gas industries. The facility includes a paint booth and numerous weld stations. Available shifts are 1st shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, and 2nd shift from 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
