Mig/Tig Welder
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Mig/Tig Welder for a company based in Fort Worth, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating a fabrication machine to cut, bend, and straighten metal pieces.

Pay Rate
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour or DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Mig/Tig Welder Duties and Responsibilities
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to determine the appropriate welding process and parameters.
• Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using MIG/TIG techniques.
• Set up and operate welding machines and equipment, ensuring proper settings are used based on material type and thickness.
• Prepare metal surfaces and ensure appropriate materials are selected for the project.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards, technical specifications, and structural soundness.

Mig/Tig Welder Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience and be able to read blueprints.
• Must understand various metals, including aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, which are often TIG welded.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
