Job description

Overview

The Pipeline Technician is responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of pipeline systems through routine pigging operations, preventive maintenance, inspections, and work order completion. 

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine pipeline pigging operations.
  • Inspect and maintain pipeline equipment and associated facilities.
  • Complete preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Identify and report equipment issues or abnormal operating conditions.
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using Salesforce.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work.
  • Assist with additional maintenance projects as assigned.
  • Work overtime as needed to support pipeline operations and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous oil & gas production operations experience.
  • Previous pipeline pigging experience.
  • Experience performing pipeline maintenance.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Knowledge of pipeline safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must meet conditonal job offer requirements.
