Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites.

  • Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
  • Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
  • Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
  • Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
