Job description

Harris-McBurney Company is Hiring Pipe Crew Personnel

HMCB will consider fully intact crews.

-Pipe Foreman, Pipe Layer, Operator, Tailman, Laborer

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

-Ability to grade and level trench bases; cover pipes with earth or other materials.

-Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth.

-Tend pumps.

-Install or use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or transit levels.

-Connect pipe pieces and seal joints.

-Ability to install and repair sanitary, sewer, storm and pressure pipe systems.

-Experience with both new site developments and existing municipal systems.

-Perform other job duties as assigned.

-Have a valid drivers license, preferably a CDL

-Pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, criminal background, and I-9 verification
