  • Manage and develop the in‑house team to deliver against acquisition and ROI targets for both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Forecast and optimise budgets across regions and channels to achieve maximum efficiency and growth.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build dashboards, monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and drive continual optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Design and Influencer Marketing teams to deliver impactful creative and campaigns.
  • Present performance results and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and investment decisions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, geographies, and audience segments.
What we are looking for
  • 7–8 years’ experience in performance marketing with strong hands‑on expertise in paid search and paid social.
  • Proven success running large‑scale campaigns in fast‑paced, data‑led environments (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Confident communicator able to present insights to C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Creative, proactive, and motivated by impact.
