As a Client Account Manager II, you will be in charge of driving a sophisticated book of business featuring some of the largest eCommerce advertisers at Pinterest. You'll work directly with high-opportunity clients as a trusted consultant, bringing together technical expertise, performance media knowledge, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results on the platform.
This role is specifically focused on our eCommerce vertical, with the opportunity to partner with some of Pinterest's most exciting and highest-potential accounts including household names with $1B+ total addressable markets.
What you'll do:
  • Manage and grow a sophisticated book of eCommerce client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Translate partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective performance media strategies.
  • Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices with a focus on performance outcomes.
  • Lead technical conversations around API integrations, clean rooms, click-based multi-touch attribution, and large product feed management.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand needs, solve complex challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies, clearly explaining complex products, processes, and technical integrations.
  • Build strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Move quickly and scrappily to build solutions and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in performance media and digital advertising sales, preferably with performance-focused or eCommerce advertisers.
  • Comfortable with technical integrations including APIs, clean rooms, and feed-based media.
  • Deep understanding of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client accounts independently and drive results.
  • Self-starter mentality - you move fast, think scrappily, and build solutions without waiting to be told how.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research.
  • Nice to haves:
    • Project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and workstreams seamlessly.
    • Experience with creator and affiliate marketing programs.
    • Familiarity with incrementality measurement products and driving incrementality for performance advertisers.
