Client Services Representative
Our well-established financial firm in Harrisburg, PA is seeking to add a Client Services Representative to our team! Our ideal team member has experience in the insurance, securities, or banking industries, and has excellent client relationship skills. This position is ideal for someone who is seeking a long-term position in the industry with the potential for advancement and who may be interested in becoming a financial advisor.
Requirements:
  • PA Life and Annuity insurance license, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational, communication & customer service skills
  • 1+ years of experience in the financial industry (Insurance, Securities, Banking, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Assist the financial advisor in preparing for client meetings, processing paperwork, and implementing changes to client portfolios.
Managing the client relationship through services including answering calls, sending, and receiving mail and email correspondence, scheduling meetings.
Basic understanding of investment products used & recommended for clients.
Salary:
Starting salary $50,000- $60,000 based on experience & licensing
