• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, allowing for well-informed development of individualized treatment plans.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and maintain ongoing monitoring of their progress to adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Ensure precise and thorough documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes to support ethical practice and compliance with state regulations.

The target demographic includes individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As a therapist at Pinnacle Pathways, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their struggles and achieve healthier outcomes.

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Licensure: A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois, or eligibility for licensure. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and suitability to work within the designated state regulations.
• Cultural Competence: Experience working with a diverse clientele and sensitivity to the unique needs and perspectives of various cultural groups.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, is desirable.

Pinnacle Pathways offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
