Job description

We are hiring motivated individuals in Columbus to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work directly with customers, present products and services, and create tailored solutions to meet their needs. You’ll receive hands-on sales training, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities for rapid career growth.

Top earners make $50,000–$70,000+ annually. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we will provide full training for driven candidates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinnacle by promoting wireless, fiber internet, and TV services directly to residential customers
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations within assigned territories and residential communities
  • Build rapport with homeowners, identify needs, and offer personalized solutions
  • Explain product features, plan options, and current promotions clearly and confidently
  • Generate new customer accounts while meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and completed enrollments using CRM tools
  • Attend ongoing sales and product training sessions to stay current on offerings and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve territory performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale
