As an LPCC at Pinnacle Diagnostic and Psychological Services, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information on clients' mental health history and current challenges, establishing a foundation for effective treatment planning.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's unique therapeutic needs and goals.

• Collaborating actively with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, ensuring comprehensive care and coordinated treatment for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
