Job description

Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to work fully onsite in the central Indianapolis area.


Our client is seeking a proven HR Manager out of a manufacturing industry, that is skilled in both transactional and strategic HR initiatives to oversee approximately 150 to 200 employees.


We are seeking degreed candidates with 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership, who have worked within a manufacturing industry.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning
  • Drive workplace safety iniatives
  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Create continuous improvement training programs
  • Oversee daily HR operations to include payroll
  • Manage high volume recruiting, focusing on retention efforts


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in HR Manager role, or working as sole HR for the organization
  • Understanding of manufacturing metrics, employment laws and OSHA regulations
  • Strong conflict resolution skills that coincide with strong communication skills


Preferred Qualifications Qualifications


  • Professional HR Certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience working with ESOP or profit sharing
